Understanding the difficulties in "greening" of businesses, on April 8, 4, Vietnam Green Innovation Joint Stock Company (GREEN IN) coordinated with the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Ben Tre province to organize training with the topic “Greenhouse gas inventory towards reducing emissions for businesses in Ben Tre province”.
The training session was organized to provide information, guidance, and support in the process of implementing greenhouse gas inventories according to regulations for establishments and businesses in the province as well as enhancing roles and responsibilities. of businesses in participating in reducing greenhouse emissions according to the roadmap. Greenhouse gas inventory is the activity of collecting information and data on sources of greenhouse gas emissions, from which to calculate the amount of greenhouse gas emissions and absorption in a specific range and year, according to the method laws and procedures issued by competent authorities. Calculation and reporting of greenhouse gases must ensure five principles: relevance, completeness, consistency, transparency and accuracy.
In the near future, GREEN IN continue to coordinate with local departments and agencies to organize many programs to accompany businesses on the "Green Transition" journey.
